Video Rentals

We hope that the video rental provides a helpful option to you. Thanks for your interest.
The rental option is offered as a way to view the videos without having to purchase them. Please read the information below; if you rent a video, you are agreeing to these terms.

1) To rent, please complete the rental form, and email it back as an attachment or send it via regular mail. The rental form repeats all of the terms stated here.
 

2) Rental period is one week per video, starting when you receive the video. For example, if you rent two videos, the rental period would be two weeks (i.e., both videos would be due back two weeks after you receive them). Note that all video rentals will be sent to you by United States Post Office (USPS) traceable shipping (delivery confirmation), and the date received is the date USPS lists on its website as the delivery date.  

 

3) The cost of a rental is 1/3 of the video cost.  For example, the Seeking Safety video is $95 to purchase, so 1/3 of $95 is $31.  The full set of videos is $250, so 1/3 of $250 is $83.

4) Rental fees are applicable to purchase.  This means that if you rent a video and then decide to purchase it, you need only pay the remainder (e.g., if the video rental was $20, and the cost for purchasing it is $60, you would pay an additional $40 to purchase it). 

5) Rental can only occur with a credit card, and if the rented video(s) is not received back by the due date, the credit card will be charged the full purchase price. Shipping the video back is at your expense, and it is suggested to use traceable shipping (e.g., UPS or Fedex) and to list the full video price as the value of the item (in case of loss during transit). Traceable proof of shipping in advance of the due date will prevent your card from being charged (i.e., if you email the Fedex tracking number showing that you sent it in time, but Fedex had a delay, you will not be charged). If you do not use a traceable shipping method, and the videos are lost or delayed, your card will be charged.
