Discount Information
Any order of 10 or more of
any item is discounted 10% when ordered at the same time
and to the same address. This applies to videos
(individual videos and/or the set), books, and the
poster.
Return / Replacement
Policy
Videos cannot be returned
for refund; exchanges only if defective (within 45 days
of shipping). The poster and books cannot be
returned.
Video replacement: if a tape wears out at any time, a replacement can be
obtained for $20 plus shipping (email
info@seekingsafety.org for
instructions).
Tax
No tax is charged if you
are a tax exempt institution or have an address outside
of Massachusetts.
Thus, if
shipment is to a Massachusetts address and you do not
provide a tax exempt certificate, you will be charged
the state sales
tax rate of 5%.
